China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co. subsidiary CDB Aviation, located in Ireland, has announced that the company has entered into a lease agreement with Palma de Mallorca-based Evelop Airlines, covering one Airbus A330-300 aircraft, the company said.
This latest transaction demonstrates CDB Aviation´s stalwart commitment to building and cultivating relationships with airlines in all key markets around the world. The aircraft is to support Evelop´s expansion of scheduled and charter services to the Caribbean.
Evelop Airlines is a Spanish airline based in Palma de Mallorca, with an operating base at Madrid Barajas Airport. The airline is a subsidiary of travel and tourism conglomerate, Avoris Travel Group, and operates scheduled and charter services in collaboration with fellow group carrier, ORBEST (Portugal), on behalf of tour operators.
CDB Aviation is a 34-year-old Chinese leasing company that is backed mainly by the China Development Bank.
