Freebird has partnered with Castro Travel to provide Freebird´s mobile rebooking tool to Casto clients and its travelers, the company said.
In the event of a flight disruption, Freebird said its technology empowers travelers to skip the line and instantly book a new ticket from their mobile device on any airline, at no additional cost, in less than 30 seconds, thereby reducing corporate travel manager (CTM) and travel agent burden during high-demand flight disruption events.
The Casto-Freebird partnership is expected to roll-out in the first quarter of 2017, leveraging Freebird´s application programming interface (API) to facilitate integration with existing Casto workflows.
