Carolina Wholesale Group (CWG) has joined forces with Digitek Computer Products, Inc. to expand its product portfolio and accelerate delivery to a widened customer base, the company said.
The acquisition combines Digitek, Arlington Industries and Carolina Wholesale brands. Digitek and CWG offer customers an additional 5,000 unique items across 11 distribution centers.
Carolina Wholesale Group, the parent company of Digitek, Carolina Wholesale, Arlington Industries, Smoltz Distributing and Monroe Systems for Business, has been providing products and service to resellers since 1972.
Digitek is a provider of services and products, including Our Partner Pro, a business growth platform supporting service and solution providers to attract new customers, expand their MPS, MIT and other solutions portfolios.
