Care at Hand names new chief nursing, quality officer

Lori O´Connor, RN has joined the Care at Hand team as the chief nursing and quality officer after spending eight years as the director of nursing at Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley, an Area Agency on Aging in Massachusetts.

Four of those years, she worked specifically with the Community Care Transition Program (CCTP) in which she became intimately familiar with Care at Hand.

“Lori knows Healthcare: she is a strong communicator, respected national leader in community resources… Her knowledge, background and experience that she is bringing to a technology company on the cutting edge is invaluable. Care at Hand has a leg up on the competition because of Lori!” says Yvette Bailey RN MBA MCHA ACM, director of Case Management at Anna Jaques Hospital.

Care at Hand (CAH) is an analytics platform that predicts and prevents hospitalizations using non-clinical workers.
