Metova has acquired Camber Corporation´s Cyber Operations Enhanced Network and Training Simulator (CENTS®) and SLAM-R® Cyber Range technology, the company said.
A Cyber Range is an electronic environment that emulates a real world computer and network workspace providing a safe learning space for Cyber professionals to train and learn how to defend the network.
In use throughout the Department of Defense, state, local governments and universities, the CENTS platform and the SLAM-R appliance brings a cyber range to life providing a robust environment for evaluating new equipment, validating operating procedures and testing personnel proficiency — all while greatly improving a company or organizations posture against an ever growing cyber concern.
The combination of Metova´s world-class, “extreme programing” development and training capabilities along with CENTS technology creates a synergistic expansion of Metova´s cyber training and Modeling and Simulation (M&S) capabilities, providing an unparalleled Cyber Solution for existing and future customers.
