Boeing donates AUD 1.0m to aid bushfire recovery and relief efforts in Austrailia

The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA] has announced a charitable donation of AUD 1.0 million from its Charitable Trust for recovery and relief efforts associated with the ongoing Australian bushfires, the company said.

The contributions will be directed through the Australian Red Cross and designated for Australian bushfires. Disaster relief efforts in the region align with Boeing´s ongoing commitment to the communities where the company has a presence. Australia is the company´s largest footprint outside the US. Boeing is active and engaged in Australian communities, contributing more than AUD 800,000 in charitable contributions in 2019.
