Birch Communications, Inc. has appointed Gordon “Chuck” Williams as its new senior vice president and general counsel, the company said.
In this role, Williams assumes responsibility for all legal affairs, including corporate governance, legal operations, litigation and regulatory compliance.
Williams brings 30+ years of legal leadership experience to Birch. Most recently, he served as a partner at Culhane Meadows, PLLC.
Birch Communications is a communications, network, cloud and IT solutions provider to small, mid-sized, enterprise and wholesale businesses.
