Berkshire Hathaway Launches Next-Generation Marketing and Technology-Support Platform

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York, New England and Westchester Properties has announced a new, next-generation marketing and technology-support platform exclusive to the three companies, the company said.

Named BHHS Connect, the platform is specifically designed for the more than 1,800 agents within 54 offices associated with the three companies throughout the northeast and aggregates proprietary and third-party platforms into a seamless integration. The platform is designed to afford agents expanded tools, integrations, and partnerships, all automatically, without cumbersome learning curves.

The cornerstones of BHHS Connect are auto-generated and agent-branded marketing materials, designed to make the process of marketing a listing as streamlined as possible. Some of the new company created materials include: reports to all leads captured using the company´s preferred open house sign-in platform or through social media ads, and e-cards to competitor agents.
