beqom scales sales incentives plans

beqom, a cloud-based compensation software provider, has launched and developed its total compensation solution exclusively on Microsoft Azure to provide end-to-end compensation management for Fortune 500s around the world, including the Microsoft Worldwide Incentive Compensation (WWIC) team, giving them the flexibility to run full, daily compensation cycles for global sellers across more than 100 countries, the company said.

The total compensation solution, in turn, has allowed the WWIC team to credit billions of data points across all sellers at unprecedented levels of scale and speed, providing Microsoft employees with immediate benefit and insight into their compensation and performance-based incentives data.

Running the total compensation solution on Azure has also helped beqom customers like Murphy USA, Pepsico and Barclays to provide employees with immediate benefits and insight into their compensation and performance-based incentives data. Currently, the platform manages USD 300 billion in compensation for more than three million users, across more than 160 countries.
