New York, US-based private equity investment firm Behrman Capital has acquired Massachusetts, US-based connectivity solutions provider kSARIA Corp., serving the aerospace and defence endmarkets, the company said.
Behrman Capital said this transaction builds upon the company´s strong aerospace and defense industry track record, following its recent acquisition of Corfin Industries and previous investment in Data Device Corp.
Behrman is investing in partnership with members of kSARIA´s senior management team, which will continue to lead the company.
Behrman Capital invests in management buyouts, leveraged buildups and recapitalizations of established growth businesses. The company´s investments are focused in three industries: aerospace and defense, healthcare services, and specialty manufacturing and distribution. The firm has raised in excess of USD 3.0 bn since inception and is currently investing out of its sixth fund.
