Aviall signs 5-year distribution agreement with NYCO America

Dallas, Texas-based Aviall, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company (NYSE: BA), has solidified and expanded its relationship with longtime supplier NYCO America, an Atlanta-based subsidiary of NYCO, through the signing of a 5-year distribution agreement for turbine oils, lubricants, and greases used on a variety of commercial aircraft, the company said.

Based in France, parent company NYCO is a manufacturer of synthetic esters and specialty lubricants with a presence in more than 100 countries through international network affiliates and distributors. Aviall´s agreement with NYCO America extends its chemical product selection and helps meet the growing demand of chemical products in the aerospace industry.

Aviall provides new aviation parts and related aftermarket services. The company markets and distributes products for more than 240 manufacturers and offers approximately 2 million catalog items from 40 customer service centers in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Aviall also provides maintenance for aviation batteries, wheels and brakes, as well as hose assembly, kitting and paint-mixing services. The company offers a complete set of supply-chain and logistics services, including order processing, stocking and fulfillment, automated inventory management and reverse logistics to OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) and customers.
