Atlas Specialty delivers 2.5 Million zero-defect parts to Boeing

Atlas Specialty Products has announced it has delivered to Boeing its 2.5 millionth defect-free AS1581T06 aerospace standard fitting since August 2010, the company said.

The AS1581T06 is fabricated from titanium bar adhering to individual specifications for each end as well as the qualification test requirements.

Magellan Aerospace declares USD 0.105 per share dividend

Board of directors of Canada-based Magellan Aerospace Corporation (TSX: MAL) has declared a USD 0.105 per share quarterly cash dividend on its common shares, a 5% increase from the dividend paid in the third quarter of 2019, the company said.

This increase in the dividend rate is the sixth consecutive year of dividend increase since 2013, when the corporation paid its first dividend. The dividend is payable on December 31, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 17, 2019.

Alaska Airlines signs materials purchase agreement with Unison for Hi-Performance Igniter Plug

Florida-based Unison Industries has announced it has signed a long-time material purchase agreement with Alaska Airlines for its new Hi-Performance Igniter Plug for use on the CFM56-7 powered fleet, the company said.

Alaska Airlines currently has more than 160 Boeing 737 aircraft in service flying passengers to more than 115 destinations around the world.

Boeing awards A-10 re-wing manufacturing contract to Kaman

Kaman Aerospace Group, Inc. has announced that The Boeing Company has contracted with Kaman for the manufacture of wing control surfaces and structural assemblies in support of the US Air Force (USAF) A-10 Thunderbolt Advanced Wing Continuation Kitting (ATTACK) program, the company said.
