The latest J.D. Power 2016 business wireline satisfaction study has ranked AT&T “highest in customer satisfaction with small/medium business wireline service, the company said.
AT&T said this is the second consecutive year it has received the recognition.
The J.D. Power 2016 business wireline satisfaction study looks at 6 categories, including customer service, performance and reliability, communication, cost of service, sales representative and account executives.
