AssistRx names new CTO, SVP

AssistRx, Inc. has promoted Neil Garnichaud to Chief Technology Officer and Adam Stotts to Senior Vice President, Business Strategy, the company said.

Bringing 30 years of experience building enterprise-focused SaaS applications, Garnichaud has built and managed software product development, quality assurance, customer support, and implementation teams. He joined the AssistRx team six months ago as VP of Business Operations after serving as General Manager, VP of SaaS Operations at SmartBear.

Working with founders Jeff Spafford and Edward Hensley for over of 15 years, Stotts has been working at AssistRx since its inception in 2009 and was originally responsible for implementing the iAssist platform and ensuring quality communications with customers.
