Communications solutions provider GenBand said that Internet-based telecom provider AsiaInfo is leveraging GenBand´s Kandyâ¢ communications Platform-as-a-Service (cPaaS) and fringâ¢ white-label OTT offering to deliver advanced real-time multimedia communications.
The solution includes Kandy-delivered OTT services and a newly developed multimedia contact center offering, further enhancing AsiaInfo´s suite of OSS/BSS/CRM solutions.
