Arizona Technology Council Announces New Board of Directors Members

The Arizona Technology Council has appointed Sandra Watson, president and CEO, Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA); Austin D. Harris, vice president, Commercial Banking, Alliance Bank of Arizona; Sheila Kloefkorn, CEO, KEO Marketing Inc.; and Aaron Zepper, vice president, Customer Demand, MDSL, to its board of directors, the council said.

The four executives were elected unanimously to serve three-year terms at the Council´s quarterly board meeting held on January 16.

The board of directors serves an advisory and fiduciary role by representing the interests of the state´s technology industries in the Council´s strategic planning and ongoing operations. The current board includes 33 members representing a diverse set of organizations.

Watson, Harris, Kloefkorn and Zepper each provide a unique perspective on the technology industry, as well as strong backgrounds in a wide variety of technology, marketing, finance and economic development roles.
