Michigan-based manufacturer ARCH Global Precision has announced the acquisition of Maine-based high-precision components manufacturer Arundel Machine Tool, primarily serving the aerospace and defense market, the company said.
Arundel will join the ARCH Precision Components Segment and will add scale to ARCH´s position as a supplier to the global aerospace and defense markets. Arundel´s core competencies include high-precision complex machining of nickel alloys, stainless steel and aluminum; utilizing cutting-edge multi-axis CNC machining centers; and expertise in ultra-high-precision grinding.
These advanced competencies are highly complementary to the existing high-precision machining capabilities at ARCH Precision Components locations across the country.
ARCH, a Jordan company platform company, manufactures high-quality cutting tools, medical instruments and implants, and precision-machined components for a range of critical applications.
