Airlines Reporting Corp. said it has chosen Ann J. Bruder as vice president and general counsel.
As a member of the ARC executive team, she will advise senior leadership in an array of issues and lead the company´s internal legal department. Bruder, who replaces retired general counsel Kathi O´Neill, will begin her tenure at ARC later this month.
A 25-year legal veteran, Bruder began her career as an attorney at the law firm of Thompson Coburn LLP in St. Louis, Missouri. She then moved to the former Continental Airlines, Inc., now United Airlines, Inc., and then American Airlines as its corporate and international counsel. Presently, she is president of Global Strategic Services, LLC, a provider of strategic corporate, legal and advisory services to multinational corporations.
