Amsterdam Hospitality Group chooses ALICE communication system

The Amsterdam Hospitality Group (AHG) has selected hotel communication system ALICE for its hotel properties, the company said.

Like many similar sized hotel groups, AHG was looking for the best automation of its processes to better execute guest requests across its isolated departments and streamline communication across its growing properties. Specifically, they were looking for a way to unify all back of house and guest communication within a single system.

ALICE enables hotels by providing a single platform to connect concierge, front desk and housekeeping, while also giving the end consumer an entirely new way to engage with their hotel through a mobile application and SMS.
