Miami-based Amerijet International Airlines has announced the completion of its IATA CEIV Pharma re-certification for the handling of temperature-controlled healthcare and life science products, the company said.
IATA´s CEIV Pharma Certification is independently validated and ensures that all certified stakeholders meet or exceed the global standards set forth by IATA Temperature Control Regulations (TCR), European Union Good Distribution Practices (EU GDP), World Health Organization and the United States Pharmacopeia Standards.
The successful re-certification reaffirms Amerijet´s ability to safely handle high value, time-sensitive, and temperature-controlled pharmaceutical cargo with speed, reliability, and efficiency.
Located at the Miami International Airport, the Amerijet has a 360,000 square-foot (33,500 sq. meter) facility.
Amerijet´s global network, including interline partners and general sales agents, reaches 476 destinations in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East transportation solutions for customers shipping time–sensitive, valuable, hazardous, temperature–controlled and other cargo types.
