American Express (NYSE: AXP) and Delta Air Lines have announced their national #DeltaAmexPerks Dough On-The-Go tour, which will treat Delta SkyMiles American Express Card Members with complimentary doughnuts from favorite local doughnut shops across the country throughout the summer, the companies said.
Kicking off on National Doughnut Day on June 2nd, the #DeltaAmexPerks Dough On-The-Go doughnut truck will be traveling to major cities across the US, including Atlanta, New York, Boston, Detroit, Minneapolis, Raleigh/Durham, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City and Seattle.
As part of the campaign, in each of the nine US cities, American Express and Delta Air Lines will partner with each local doughnut shop to stock the travelling truck with custom, limited-time doughnuts, inspired by quintessential Delta Air Lines snacks like cookies, pretzels, and roasted peanuts, as well as other favorite classic varieties.
Upon visiting the truck and presenting their Delta SkyMiles American Express Card, Card Members will receive a complimentary doughnut for themselves and one guest, while supplies last.
