American Airlines engineers approve 5-year contract

American Airlines (NASDAQ: AAL) flight simulator engineers, who are represented by Transport Workers Union and the International Association of Machinists (TWU-IAM Association), have approved a new five-year contract, the company said.

The 140 flight sim engineers´ new contract, which includes pay raises, takes effect November 7.

American Airlines and American Eagle offer an average of nearly 6,700 flights per day to nearly 350 destinations in more than 50 countries.
