Altocloud, the digital customer engagement company, has announced a sales communications solution built on the Cisco Spark Platform, the company said.
The solution uses Customer Journey Analytics to identify prospects of interest on a company´s website and instantly alert team members in a Spark space.
Sales reps can immediately engage prospects matching interesting personas, directly from within Spark. Altocloud automatically sets up a 1-to-1 private Spark space, enabling customer collaboration to successful outcomes. Altocloud, a Cisco Solution Partner, also announced an agreement with Cisco, which will enable Cisco to resell the Altocloud solution to its customers.
Data3, a publicly traded cloud services and solutions company based in Australia, has recently been leveraging Altocloud´s solution with Cisco Spark.
The solution is planned to be generally available in April 2017.
