Allegiant Travel Company (NASDAQ: ALGT) has reported 2,925,482 total revenue passenger miles (RPM) in the first quarter 2020, compared to 3,191,045 in March 2019, a decrease of (8.3%), the company said.
Total RPMs in March 2020 were 839,766, compared to 1,396,501 in March 2019, a decrease of (39.4%).
Total passengers in the first quarter 2020 were March 2020 were 3,154,606, compared to
3,421,538 in the first quarter 2019, a decrease of (7.8%). March 2020 passengers were 892,966, compared to 1,484,326 in March 2019, a decrease of (39.8%).
Capacity, measured in available seat miles (ASMs) in the first quarter 2020 3,964,009 compared to 3,802,132 in the first quarter 2019, an increase of 4.3%. ASMs in March 2020
were 1,413,348, compared to 1,610,575 in March 2019, a decrease of (12.2%).
Reported load factor in March 202 was 59.4%, compared to 86.1% in March 2019, a decrease of (26.7 pts). Load factor in the first quarter 2020 was 73.8%, compared to 83.9% in the first quarter 2019, a decrease of (10.1 pts)
