Alaska Airlines to launch daily non-stops between Orlando, Portland, OR

Alaska Airlines has been approved to launch daily nonstop flights between Portland, Oregon, and Orlando, Florida, to begin in March 2017, the company said.

The new flight will be the only nonstop flight between Portland and Orlando. With the new route, Alaska will offer 21 weekly nonstop flights from Seattle, Portland and San Diego.

Flights will be operated with Boeing 737 aircraft.

Alaska Airlines, a subsidiary of Alaska Air Group (NYSE: ALK), together with its partner regional airlines, serves more than 100 cities through the United States, Canada, Costa Rica and Mexico.
