Aircastle proposes offering of USD 500m aggregate principal amount of senior notes

Aircastle Limited (NYSE: AYR) has announced its plans to offer an aggregate of USD 500 million principal amount of its senior notes due 2023, the company said.

Aircastle plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the acquisition of aircraft or the refinancing of its existing indebtedness.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc. and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.

Aircastle Limited acquires, leases and sells commercial jet aircraft to airlines throughout the world. As of June 30, 2018, Aircastle owned and managed on behalf of its joint ventures 240 aircraft leased to 84 customers located in 45 countries.
