Aircastle Limited (NYSE: AYR) reported fourth quarter 2017 net income of USD 55.1 million, or USD 0.70 per diluted common share, and adjusted net income of USD 57.0 million, or USD 0.72 per diluted common share, the company said.
Net income for the year ended December 31, 2017 was USD 147.9 million, or USD 1.87 per diluted common share, and adjusted net income was USD 169.6 million, or USD 2.15 per diluted common share.
The fourth quarter results included total revenues of USD 177.4 million versus USD 204.7 million in the prior year. For the full year 2017, total revenues were USD 796.6 million, an increase of 3.1%, versus USD 773.0 million in 2016.
Aircastle Limited acquires, leases and sells commercial jet aircraft to airlines throughout the world. As of December 31, 2017, Aircastle owned and managed on behalf of its joint ventures 236 aircraft leased to 81 customers located in 43 countries.
