Air Lease prices IPO of unsecured senior notes due 2020

Air Lease Corporation (NYSE: AL) has priced its public offering of USD500 million aggregate principal amount of 2.125 percent unsecured senior notes due 2020, the company said.

The company said it intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include, among other things, the purchase of commercial aircraft and the repayment of existing indebtedness.

Goldman, Sachs & Co., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Santander Investment Securities Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering of the Notes.
