Air Canada has opened a Maple Leaf Lounge at Newark Liberty International Airport, the company said.
The new lounge, Air Canada´s third in the US, is located beyond security near Air Canada gates, giving eligible Air Canada and Star Alliance customers a place to relax or work prior to their flight.
The company said the new lounge complements its Boeing 787 Newark-Vancouver service featuring business class.
Air Canada also operates lounges in New York City at LaGuardia Airport and at Los Angeles International Airport.
Air Canada is a large Canadian largest domestic and international airline serving more than 200 airports on six continents. The airline served more than 41 million customers in 2015 and provides scheduled passenger service directly to 64 airports in Canada, 54 in the United States and 90 in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia, the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America and South America.
