AFV Partners LLC, a Texas-based capital vehicle founded by Tony Aquila, has announced the acquisition of 100 % of UK-based aviation services provider RocketRoute Ltd. from Alyssum Holdings Ltd., the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The addition of RocketRoute to the AFV Partners portfolio brings access to many new flight planning capabilities that will enhance APG´s newest app, iPreFlight Genesis, with particular focus on European routing and filing.
