Grupo Aeromexico S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: AEROMEX) has reported 1,789m in August 2019 passenger traffic, compared to 1,938m in August 2018, a decrease of (7.7)%, the company said.
August 2019 demand, measured in Revenue Passenger Kilometers (RPKs), decreased by 3.4%, from 3,921m in August 2018 to 3,788m in August 2019.
Aeromexico´s August 2019 capacity (ASKs) at 4,516m, decreased by 3.5% year-on-year, compared to 4,679m in August 2018
Aeromexico´s August load factor was 83.9%, a 0.1 percentage points increase versus August 2018 load factor of 83.8%.
During August 2019, Aeromexico´s planned fleet included eleven 737 Max aircraft. The 737 Max was grounded during March 2019.
