Grupo Aeromexico S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: AEROMEX) has reported it transported 1.704m passengers in October 2019, compared to 1.797m in October 2018, a decrease of (5.2)%, the company said.
Demand, measured in revenue passenger kilometers (RPKs), were 3.331m in October 2019, a (7.1)% decrease over October 2018´s RPKs of 3.584m.
Aeromexico´s capacity, measured in available seat kilometers (ASKs), decreased by (7.2)%
from 4.408m in October 2018 to 4.890m in October 2019.
Aeromexico´s October load factor was 81.5%, a 0.2 p.p. increase versus October 2018 load factor of 81.3%.
During October 2019, Aeromexico´s planned fleet included thirteen 737 MAX aircraft. The 737 MAX was grounded during March 2019.
