Aeromexico has launched its new digital ecosystem, which consists of a revamped website, mobile app and updated airport kiosks offering customers a multi-platform experience meant to simplify travel, the company said.
The airline said it aims to develop a personalized and connected end-to-end passenger experience at each point of contact, either at the airport or through interactions on the new mobile app or website.
Grupo Aeromexico, S.A.B. de C.V. is a holding company whose subsidiaries are engaged in commercial aviation and the promotion of passenger loyalty programs in Mexico. Aeromexico, Mexico´s global airline, operates more than 600 daily flights from Mexico City International Airport. Its route network spans more than 80 cities on three continents, including 45 destinations in Mexico, 17 in the United States, 16 in Latin America, four in Europe, three in Canada, and two in Asia.
