AerCap prices USD 1.1bn aggregate principal of senior notes

Ireland-based AerCap Holdings N.V. (NYSE:AER) has announced today that wholly owned subsidiaries AerCap Ireland Capital Designated Activity Company and AerCap Global Aviation Trust, have priced their offering of senior notes, the company said.

The senior notes consist of USD 700 million aggregate principal amount of 4.450% Senior Notes due 2021 and USD 400 million aggregate principal amount of 4.875% Senior Notes due 2024.

The Notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by the Company and certain other subsidiaries of the Company. The Issuers intend to use the net proceeds from the Notes for general corporate purposes.

Barclays Capital Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC, and Santander Investment Securities Inc. are serving as joint book running managers for the underwritten public offering.
