AerCap Holdings prices USD 750m of junior subordinated notes

Ireland-based AerCap Holdings N.V. (NYSE: AER) has announced it has priced its offering of USD 750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.875% Fixed-Rate Reset Junior Subordinated Notes due 2079, the company said.

The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a junior subordinated basis by certain subsidiaries of the Company. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Notes for general corporate purposes.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, BofA Securities, Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are serving as joint book-running managers for the underwritten public offering.

AerCap is a leader in aircraft leasing with 1,373 aircraft owned, managed or on order and USD 43.1 billion of total assets as of June 30, 2019.
