AerCap Holdings N.V. (NYSE: AER) subsidiaries AerCap Ireland Capital Designated Activity company and AerCap Global Aviation Trust have priced their offering of senior notes, consisting of USD 1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.65% Senior Notes due 2027, the company said.
The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by the company and certain other subsidiaries of the company. The Issuers intend to use the net proceeds from the Notes for general corporate purposes.
Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are serving as joint book running managers for the underwritten public offering.
