Aeromexico reports 1.824 in passenger traffic in May 2018 




Grupo Aeromexico S.A.B. de C.V.(BMV: AEROMEX) has reported it transported 1.824m in May, a 6.8% year-on-year increase, the company said.

International passenger numbers increased by 12.0%, while domestic passenger numbers increased by 4.2%.

Demand, measured in Revenue Passenger Kilometers (RPKs), increased by 9.9%, year-on-year. Aeromexico´s capacity, measured in Available Seat Kilometers (ASKs), increased by 9.6% year-on-year.

Aeromexico´s May load factor was 80.7%, an increase of 0.3 p.p. compared to May 2017.
