Wood Dale, Illinois-based AAR (NYSE: AIR) has appointed Dylan Wolin, Vice President, Strategy and Acquisitions, the company said.
Wolin brings nearly 20 years of experience to AAR, having most recently spent 9 years at Boeing, where he was Director, Corporate Development and responsible for leadership of Boeing´s merger and acquisition activities, joint ventures, and the company´s broader strategic development initiatives.
Wolin holds a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tufts University in Medford, MA.
AAR is a global aftermarket solutions company that employs more than 4,500 people in over 20 countries. The company supports commercial aviation and government customers through two operating segments: Aviation Services and Expeditionary Services.
AAR´s Aviation Services include inventory management; parts supply; OEM parts distribution; aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul; and component repair.
