Airlines for America (A4A) has announced that Andy Cebula has been named Vice President, NextGen and New Entrants, the company said.
Cebula brings to the association more than three decades of transportation policy experience in safety, security and air traffic control.
Through this new position, Cebula will manage A4A´s efforts to further NextGen results by working with other organizations to enhance the Federal Aviation Administration´s (FAA) effort to implement NextGen technologies. He also will focus on new entrants and advocate on behalf of commercial aviation´s interests in that arena.
Cebula joins A4A from RTCA where he served as Senior Vice President, Policy and Programs.
A4A is the industry trade organization for the leading US airlines. A4A works collaboratively with the airlines, labor groups, Congress and the Administration to improve air travel.
